Oregon Death with Dignity, Death with Dignity National Center, Compassion in Dying & Autonomy
Oregon v. Ashcroft Media Events Tomorrow

PORTLAND, OR—Federal District Judge Robert E. Jones is expected to issue a decision in Oregon v. Ashcroft tomorrow, April 17th, 9 AM (PST).

 

Portland, Oregon Press Conference 10:30 (PST)

Oregon Death with Dignity and Compassion in Dying will host a press conference at the Days Inn City Center, 1414 SW 6th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.  Parties available for comment will include:

Ÿ         Attorneys Eli Stutsman and Kathryn Tucker

Ÿ         Dr. Peter Rasmussen, the physician plaintiff in the case

Ÿ         Patients Jim Romney and Richard Holmes

Ÿ         Barbara Coombs Lee, Executive Director of Compassion in Dying
